21e. Attach the wire with the yellow tape to the nega-
tive terminal of 1
st
battery.
NOTE: Tighten the terminal nut to a torque of 10 - 15 ft lbs
(14 - 20 Nm).
21f. Attach bottom tray that holds rear batteries with
four self-taping screws from the hardware pack.
See Figure 18.
NOTE: The top and bottom battery trays are the same part
number.
21g. Remove the carrying handles from the two rear
batteries.
21h. Place the rear batteries in the bottom tray.
NOTE: The batteries should be standing on end, so that
the terminals are next to each other.

21i. Attach the wire with the yellow tape (from the

battery) to the positive terminal of 2
nd
bat-
tery. See Figure 19.
21j. Connect the jumper (green tape) across the two
top terminals of the 2
nd
and 3
rd
batteries.
21k. Attach the wire with the blue tape to the nega-
tive terminal of 3
rd
battery.
NOTE: Tighten the terminal nuts to a torque of 10 - 15 ft
lbs (14 - 20 Nm).
