Changing the picture quality for
movie viewing (Cinema mode)
Remote control only
You can enjoy better pictures by changing the picture quality.
Press [CINEMA].
The cinema display appears on the screen.
Each time you press the button;
C (on) — N (off)
Starting play from a specific track

Press [DISC].

Press [DISC 1HDISC 5] to select a disc.
3 Wait for the disc to change and play to start
Press the numbered buttons to select
the track.
For tracks numbered 10 or over, press [>10/-/—] then the
two digits.
Track no. 10: ^10/-/—] ^ [1]
[0]
Track no. 25: [>10/-/- -] ^ [2] -> [5]
• When playing video CDs with PBC, stop the disc then press
[STOP B ] again to cancel playback control, then select the
track number. To restore playback control, stop the disc and
press [MENU].
• There are some video CDs with PBC where this will not work.
Random play

This mode randomly plays the tracks on the current disc or all
loaded discs once each.

“RANDOM’’ or “RANDOM ALL DISC”.
Each time you press the button;
PRGM — RANDOM ^ RANDOM ALL DISC - (off)

RANDOM: Randomly plays the tracks on the current disc.
RANDOM ALL DISC: Randomly plays the tracks on all discs.
Press [PLAY ►].
To stop
Press [STOP ■ ].
Random play is also canceled.
