STEP 7. Place the Bulkhead against the
B-Pillars and install the twelve (12) 1/4-14 x
3/4" Self-Drilling Screws through the ROUND
holes in the outside edges of the Bulkhead
panels on both the passenger and driver side
B-Pillars.
STEP 8. Mount the Bulkhead to the Sprinter
roof rib (Standard or High Roof) by installing
fasteners to the top edge of the unit through
one of the following two methods:
Standard Roof Sprinter: Fasten the Standard
Roof Header Panel to the Sprinter roof rib
using eight (8) 1/4-14 x 3/4" Self-Drilling
Screws through the ROUND holes on the
Header Panel.
OR
High Roof Sprinter: Fasten the High Roof
Header Panel to the Sprinter roof rib using
seven (7) 1/4-14 x 3/4" Self-Drilling Screws
through the ROUND holes on the Header
Panel.
NOTE: This Bulkhead was engineered to
mount in a "Standard Roof Sprinter" or a
"High Roof Sprinter". Depending on type of
Sprinter, not all the fasteners or parts supplied
with this product will be used.
