hardware error
ON Ready for operation, normal condition
Error LED, red CH1: Measuring channel 1, CH2: Safety system
OFF Ready for operation, no fault
ON
Fault condition; general fault indicator for faults which
result in the data output being shut down.
Exception:
If there is a fault in the incremental channel, the LED is
also ON, but the SSI remains operational.
