Select a module, and then click Upgrade or select the main device, and then click Upgrade All
to install available firmware to your product. Follow onscreen instructions to complete the
upgrade process.
While the firmware is upgrading, the Welch Allyn Service Tool application displays a progress
indicator. During the upgrade process the PMP powers on and off. This is normal. You cannot
perform other functions until the upgrade is complete.
