Radio not functional. Call for

This message could be caused by a
hardware failure, wrong software
installed in radio or a disconnected
radio.
Reconnect USB cable. Check
wireless icon. Reposition radio.
Radio error. Power down and
restart.
Radio card is inoperable; unable to
establish communications between
VSM and radio or failed read/write
operation with radio.
Check wireless icon. Restart radio.
Unable to establish network
connections. Radio out of network
range.
Radio was communicating but is
out of range or is unable to
continue communications with the
access point.
Check wireless icon. Reposition
radio.
Unable to establish network
connections. Call for service.
Unable to establish
communications between radio and
DHCP server (network).

without an IP from the DHCP

Radio software upgrade failed. Radio software upgrade failed to

Unable to load configuration. Unable to load non-critical

External device not recognized. An unrecognized external device

This message could be caused
because an internal or external
device connected but failed
enumeration or an overcurrent
condition on internal or external
port could have occurred.
Disable the missing functionality
with warning to user. Recovery
from error may be possible with
power cycle.
User cancelled NIBP reading. Blood pressure reading was
cancelled by the user.

Retake NIBP.
Tube type does not match device
configuration.
The tube connected to the NIBP
sensor does not match the VSM
configuration (tube type, patient
mode and algorithm).

precise due to movement, noise.
