If iniiiaitors flash on the LCD screen or in the
\ iewfincier or warning messages appear on the
display window , check the following:
: you can hear the beep sound when BEEP is
set to ON in the menu system.

Slow flashing: The battery is weak.
Fast flashing: The battery is dead.
Depending on conditions, the <2p indicator
may flash, even if there are 5 to 10 minutes
remaining.
\2\ The tape is near the end.
The flashing is slow.
[ 3 ] The tape has run out.
The flashing becomes rapid.
13 No tape has been inserted.
