NOTE: You can adjust the speaker volume only when the telephone line is connected.

volume level. 2.
Press to save the change and return to Standby mode. 3.
Toll Save Mode
The Toll Save mode can be used to save scanned documents for transmission at a specified time in order to
take advantage of lower long distance rates.
To turn the Toll Save mode on:
Press 1.
Press the scroll button ( or ) until you see "Toll Save"on the bottom line and press .2.Press the scroll button ( or ) until "On" displays on the bottom line and press . 2.
Press the scroll button ( or ) until "On" displays on the bottom line and press 3.
Press when "Start Time" displays on the bottom line.4.Enter the time and date when your multi-function printer starts sending toll save faxes, using the
number keypad.5.To select "AM" or "PM" for 12-hour format, press the or the button.Press when the starting time on the display is correct. 4.
Enter the time and date when your multi-function printer starts sending toll save faxes, using the
number keypad. 5.
To select "AM" or "PM" for 12-hour format, press the or the button.
Press 6.
Press the scroll button ( or ) to display "End Time" and press .7.Enter the time and date when the toll save transmission ends, using the number keypad.8.Press to save the setting. 7.
Enter the time and date when the toll save transmission ends, using the number keypad. 8.
Press 9.
To return to Standby mode, press . 10.
Once Toll Save mode is activated, your multi-function printer stores all of the documents to be faxed into its
memory and sends them at the programmed time.
To turn Toll Save mode off, follow steps 1 and 2 above and then press the scroll button ( or ) until "Off"
