Description
Create a partnership between two FluidFS clusters.
NOTE: If there is a firewall between two FluidFS clusters, TCP ports 10550, 10551, and 10561‚ 10576
should be open for the client VIPs and all NAS controller IP addresses.
Format

Arguments

IP address of the remote system IP address in the format: 'x.x.x.x'
