Coomassie Blue R-250 Staining Solution (0.1%)
Final Concentration
Methanol 400 ml 40%
Acetic acid 100 ml 10%
Coomassie Blue R-250 1.0 g 0.1%
Deionized water 500 ml
Dissolve Coomassie R-250 in methanol/acetic acid. Add deionized water to a final volume of 500 ml.
