g) Attach removed stripper bar extensions to the
outside of the back wall of header for
storage.

h) Adjust stripper bars. See section 4.10 in this
manual.
i) Save all removed components for conversion
back to narrow opening at a later date if
necessary. In this case, the process described
above must be reversed.
3.4 DISENGAGING STORAGE BRACES /
REMOVING CYLINDER BRACES
NOTE: Before disengaging storage braces,
raise the header so wheels are just off the
ground.
Pickups are delivered with the storage and
cylinder braces engaged. Storage and cylinder
braces are located on each side of the pickup.
Before the pickup can be used, storage braces
must be disengaged or machine will be
damaged.
Storage Brace Disengagement
a) Remove clevis pin.
b) Rotate storage brace upward into the
stiff-arm clevis.
c) Place clevis pin in stiff-arm clevis and
replace clip pin to secure brace upwards.
