Electrical function test
1. Switch the operating voltage on or perform a reset via output bit O0.1 in the
data block of the diagnostic function.
2. Close all safety guards and insert the bolt tongue into the locking module.
In the case of guard locking by solenoid force, ¨ activate guard locking.
ÌThe machine must not start automatically.
ÌIt must not be possible to open the safety guard.
ÌThe yellow STATE LED illuminates continuously.
3. Enable operation in the control system.
ÌIt must not be possible to deactivate guard locking as long as operation is
enabled.
4. Disable operation in the control system and deactivate guard locking.
ÌThe safety guard must remain locked until there is no longer any risk of injury.
ÌIt must not be possible to start the machine as long as the guard locking is
deactivated.
ÌIt must be possible to open the safety guard.
Repeat steps 2-4 for each safety guard.
