The warranty on batteries (accumulators) supplied
separately or as part of a product or together with a
product does not also apply to wear and tear of
accumulators and their components as a result of
normal use (e.g.
discharge of the battery, reduction
of the accumulator capacity as a result of wear and
tear) as fact that may not be deemed as a lack of
conformity with the contract of sale in accordance
with Article 2 of Directive 1999/44/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council.
