If the optional hard disk is installed in the printer, the Accounting window
allows you to view accounting reports and reset the Accounting file.
Printer-based Job Accounting (shown above)
The Accounting - Printer-based Job Accounting page allows you to check
details of print jobs.

Item Description
Enable Accounting If selected, enables the parameter settings for
Accounting.
Default: [Checked]
Reset Accounting Files Resets the accounting file located on the printer’s
internal hard disk.
Default: [Not checked]
Display Information Sets where the accounting records are to be dis-
played for your review.
Choices: Upload to Host, Display in PageScope
Default: Display in PageScope
