Click the [,] next to the [Paper] - [Number of Tabs] box. A list is dis-
played. Select a number of tabs to be used from the list.
– You can enter the number in [Number of Tabs] box directly.
– Default is 5.
– Numeral value from 2 to 15 can be set.

Set the [Position Adjustment], [Space Above], [Space Below], [Gap] or
[Text position] as required.
– Scope of numeral values which can be set varies depending on the
numerical values of [Number of Tabs].

Click the [OK] and close the Tab Paper Settings dialog box.
Return to the display of [Per Page Setting].

Click the [Add].
Per Page Setting dialog box appears.

Select [Page Number], [Print Type], or [Paper Source] as required.

Select the [Use Tab Paper] check box.
– This step is not necessary if the tab text is not required to print. In
such a case, go to the step 17.

Enter any text into the [Text on Tab] box.
– 64 characters can be entered.

Click the [Details].
– The [Details] cannot be used if nothing is entered to [Text on Tab]
box.
Tab Text Details dialog box appears.
