The Phonebook dialog box appears.

Select the recipient or group where the fax is to be sent.

Click the [Add Recipients].
The selected recipient is displayed in [Recipient] list.

Select the recipient and then click the [OK].
– If a group is selected, all the members of the group are displayed in
the [Recipients] list.
The Printing Preferences dialog box appears again.

Check that the file recipient appears in the [Recipients] list.
– To delete a recipient, select the recipient to be deleted from in the
[Recipients] list, and then click the [Delete].
– It is not necessary to change the settings for the [ECM], [Interna-
tional Transmission Mode], and [V.34] check boxes. For details, re-
fer to the “bizhub 750/600 User’s Guide [Facsimile Operations]”.

When adding a cover sheet, select the [FAX Cover Sheet] check box.
– For setting up a fax cover sheet, refer to “Creating a Cover Sheet”
on page 5-50.

Click the [OK].
