Custom Page Size
MacOS X allows you to define multiple named custom page sizes.
To define a custom page size, select File » Page Setup.
In the Page Setup dialog, behind Settings, select Custom Paper Size.
This will show the Custom Paper Size dialog:
Click New to create a new custom paper size.
Enter the name, the size, and the margins for the custom paper size.
To save your settings, click Save or OK.
The newly defined paper size will appear in the list of paper sizes for all printers.
