Example: For a water hardness of 15 °dH
on the scale for the SS wash 5/10, set the
speed potentiometer to position 7. This re-
sults in a pause of 40 seconds, i.e. the so-
lenoid valve will open briefly every 40
seconds.

Close the switch box at the operator
panel.

Put the roof back on

Oil level has to be between MIN and
MAX.

Cut off tip of oil container cover

Inser the overflow hoses of base ex-
changer and salt tank in the drainage
pipe of the building.

Remove the lid of the base exchanger
head.

Push and hold the red program indica-
tor at the head of the circuit.

With the other hand turn the camshaft
towards the arrow (against the clock) at
the start of the field "back rinse", the
control light RM 110/Anti calc system
lights up.

wait 1 to 2 minutes.

Fill the salt tank with 10 liter of water

Push the red program indicator at the
circuit head, and move it close to the
field "fill + clean wash" and turn it.. After
a couple of minutes, the salt tank will be
filled (duration approximately 9 min-
utes). After it is filled, the water must be
above the strainerfloor of the salt tank.

Pull the time switch, and turn to the ac-
tual time.

Put the lid of the base exchanger back on.

Fill the salt tank all the way to the top
with salt in form of tabletts.

Open the fuel tank and fill in fuel.

Open the detergent container and fill in
detergent.

1 Dosing container

Remove the cover of the dosing con-
tainer and fill in RM 110.

Close the lid again.

Switch on the plant at the operator pan-
el to "1/ON".

Select cleaning programme 1.

Check existing settings at the control
panel or do your own settings.

Check burner setting. Rectify the burn-
er settings if the measured values devi-
ate from the values given below.

Note
On finishing checking, close the door of the
plant and check the burner function when
the entire plant is closed. If the burner ex-
tinguishes due to lack of air, you can take
the following steps:

Remove the stopper from the floor of
the plant.

Partially remove the sealing on the door
sides. Also reduce the sealing starting
from the bottom until 20 to 30 cm.
