The token PIN is locked 3.2.4
When the PIN of the token is locked, you will be notified by the following dialog:

When you click oK, the following error will be displayed:

Check the status of the token with the Token Management Utility / Token Administration Utility. If the 
PIN is locked, you should be able to unlock it by means of the Unlock PIN feature.
