say the name of a destination.

3. Say the name of the application you want the
device to activate.
Checking Phone Status Using ASR
You can use ASR to obtain information about your
phone:
ⅷ Status
ⅷ Voicemail
ⅷ Messages
ⅷ Missed Calls
ⅷ Time
ⅷ Signal Strength
ⅷ Network
ⅷ Battery
ⅷ My Phone Number
ⅷ Volume
1. Press and hold . You then hear a prompt.
2. When you hear “Say a command,” say “ Check .”
3. If you hear “ Which status item? ,” say an item.
ASR Options
To change ASR confirmation:
1. Press and hold . You then hear a prompt.
2. Press and tap Settings > Confirmation and
select an option.
Ⅲ Automatic to ask for confirmation only when the
system is not sure what you said.
Ⅲ Always Confirm to always ask for confirmation.
Ⅲ Never Confirm to never ask for confirmation.
Tip: Tap and scroll through the onscreen list to reveal more
options.
