The following takes place when you run the consistency group pair-split on shared Continuous
Access Journal volumes:
1.
Cnt Ac-J restore journal data created before the split time is restored to Cnt Ac-J secondary
volumes (BC primary volumes).
2. Restore journal operations are suspended when Cnt Ac-J detects restore journal data with a
time stamp later than the split time. After the Cnt Ac-J suspension, the BC split operations run.
3. When BC split operations are completed, Cnt Ac-J resumes the suspended restore journal
operations.
