Switch Management
The Event Log page is displayed.
The last time the event log was polled is displayed at the top of the page.
Setting the Fault LED Threshold
The Fault LED threshold sets the minimum severity level at which an event message will trigger the
Fault LED to light. The default value is “critical”.
To change the Fault LED threshold:
1.
Next to Fault LED Threshold, click the drop-down box to display a list of valid severity levels.
2.
Select the new value in the drop-down box.
3.
Click Submit.
The new value is now set.
Setting the Log Threshold
The Log threshold sets the minimum severity level at which an event message will be recorded in the
event log. The default value is “warning”.
To change the Log threshold:
1.
Next to Log Threshold, click the drop-down box to display a list of valid severity levels.
2.
Select the new value in the drop-down box.
3.
Click Submit.
The new value is now set.
Clearing the Event Log
To delete the current list of event log messages on the switch:
1.
Click Clear Event Log.
A message box is displayed confirming the request.
