Change the Keyboard Setting

Select the keyboard type you want to display on the Touchscreen.

Press (Settings), General Setup and then Keyboard Settings.

Press QWERTY or ABC.

Set the Backlight Brightness

If you are having difficulty reading the LCD, change the LCD’s backlight brightness setting.

Press (Settings), General Setup, LCD Settings and then Backlight.

Press Light, Med or Dark.

Set the Dim Timer for the Backlight

Set how long the LCD backlight stays on after the Ready screen is shown.

Press (Settings), General Setup, LCD Settings and then Dim Timer.

Press Off, 10Secs, 20Secs or 30Secs.
