Click the Scan to Net Settings button. The Web Based Management window will appear.

Select Network Device 1 or Network Device 2 which you want to assign the Scan to FTP feature.
NOTE
• The Network Device 1 settings will be applied to on the Control Panel of the machine.
• The Network Device 2 settings will be applied to on the Control Panel of the machine.

Select Scan to FTP from the Type drop-down list for your selected device in 3.

Select a profile name from the Destination drop-down list for your selected device in 3.

Click Submit.

Load your document.

Press or which you have assigned the Scan to FTP feature.

Press . The machine starts scanning.
