Overview
This chapter describes procedures for troubleshooting problems you
may encounter with a Brother print server, it is divided into the
following sections:

Wireless Setup Problems
Before you configure the NC-7100w print server, you need to
temporarily change your computer’s wireless settings to
communicate with the unconfigured print server.
If you are unable to see NC-7100w network (SETUP) in the list when
using Windows
®
XP or Mac OS
®
X 10.1 to 10.3, check the following:

supplied with this product.

Move your printer with the print server installed closer to your
PC and try again.

Reset the print server back to its default factory setting and try
again. See How to Print a Network Configuration Page on page
A-8 for information how to reset to factory default setting.
