Telephone settings
Handset settings
The download failure notification disappears automatically if you view the
downloaded directory. You can also turn off the download failure indication
on your handset and telephone base manually.
To clear the download failure indication of the cell line:
Press the MENU softkey on the handset in idle mode to
enter the main menu.
Press
or to scroll to SETTINGS, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press
or to scroll to Display alerts, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press
or to highlight Cell, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press
or to highlight Download fail, then press the
SELECT softkey.
The handset screen displays Reset download failure
indication? Press the Yes softkey to confirm and you hear
a confirmation tone.
Key tone
The handset is set to beep with each key press. If you turn off the key tone,
there are no beeps when you press keys.
To change the setting:
Press the MENU softkey on the handset in idle mode to
enter the main menu.
Press or to scroll to SETTINGS, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press or to scroll to Key tone, then press the
SELECT softkey.
Press or to select On or Off, then press the SET
softkey. You hear a confirmation tone.
