A CCESS I NSTRUCTIONS :
1. Select TERMINAL CONFIGURATION from the MANAGEMENT
FUNCTIONS menu.
2. Select CHANGE MESSAGES.
3. Select Welcome Message.
D ESCRIPTION :
The Welcome Message consists of three lines of text that are printed
at the top of the customer welcome screen. Enter letters, numbers
and punctuation as described in the following paragraphs.
The keys along either side of the display are used with the numeric
keys on the main keypad to permit entry of alphanumeric charac-
ters. The keys on the left side of the display are designated
through . The keys on the right side of the display are
through . The key centers the text on the line where the
cursor appears. The key erases all text in the current mes-
sage. clears the text on the current line.
The Key is used similarly to a CAPS LOCK key on a com-
puter keyboard. Pressing the key toggles between upper-
case and lowercase. To enter an alphabetic or punctuation char-
acter, one of the through keys must be pressed, fol-
lowed by one of the numeric keys. The resultant character will be
as indicated in the table. Press the key to save the changes
made. If you make a mistake and want to start over, press the
CANCEL key to discard any changes made to that point.

There are no error conditions directly associated with this function.
