To file an email item
1 In the Mail list, tap an email item to open it.
2 Tap the Menu icon .
3 Tap Message, and then tap File.
4 Tap No to save the email item in the Filed folder.
Tap Yes to file the item in the Filed folder and keep a copy in the Inbox.
