Green Downlink port is operating normally.
Off Downlink has failed or there is no link.

(Switch ID in the stack)
Green Indicates the switch ID in the stack.
For ICX 6430 devices, 1 - 4 indicates the switch ID in
the stack.
For ICX 6450 devices, 1 - 8 indicates the switch ID in
the stack.

port models.
