3. At the Language form, click the Form Prompts tab to bring this tab to
the front.
4. Select the user defined field that you want to define from the list (in
this case, we have selected ItemData User 1). When you select a user
defined field, the Enable Prompt check box becomes enabled.
5. Select the Manage Forms button, if desired. The Forms Using
Selected Title form appears, listing all forms in which this user defined
field resides.
