Print Options While previewing the report onscreen, two print options are available in
the IntelliTrack Report ribbon: print and quick print.
• Print: Select the Print option to print the report via the Print window.
At this window, select a printer from your list of available printers to
send the report to, as well as any other printing options available from
this window, such as page range and number of copies.
• Quick Print: Select the Quick Print option to accept printer default
settings and automatically print one copy of the report from your
default printer.
Export
Options While previewing the report onscreen, the PDF or XPS export option is
available. You must have the full version of Microsoft Access 2007 or
2010* (*for Microsoft Access 2010, IntelliTrack supports the 32-bit ver-
sion only) in order to export a report to PDF or XPS. Select the PDF or
XPS button to export the report in PDF or XPS format. When you select
this button, the Publish As PDF or XPS window appears. At this window,
