To filter, retrieve, and view history data, please refer to the instructions
below:
1. If you have enabled the multiple sites option and can view all sites, you
are able to sort your history data by a specific site or by all sites in the
system. To retrieve history data by a site other than your default site,
click the drop-down arrow in the Site field, and select the desired site
from the list that appears.
To retrieve data for all sites, select the {All} choice or leave this field
blank.
2. To sort history data by a specific item number, click the drop-down
arrow in the Item # field and select the item number from the list that
appears. To sort by all item numbers, select the {All} choice or leave
this field blank.
3. To sort history data by location, click the drop-down arrow in the Loca-
tion field and select the location from the list that appears. To sort by
all locations, select the {All} choice or leave this field blank.
4. To sort history data by user, click the drop-down arrow in the User field
and select the user from the list that appears. To sort by all users, select
the {All} choice or leave this field blank.
5. To sort by an order number, enter the order number in the Order No.
field.
6. To retrieve data for receiving orders, select the Receiving Orders
option. To retrieve data for picking orders, select the Picking Orders
option.
7. To retrieve data for a specific warehouse transaction, click the drop-
down arrow in the Trans Desc field and select the transaction from the
list that appears. To retrieve data for all warehouse transactions, select
{All} or leave the field blank.
• Adjust from: inventory adjustment from transaction
• Adjust to: inventory adjustment to transaction
• Close Pick Order: pick orders manually marked as closed.
• Close Recv Order: receiving orders manually marked as closed.
• Cycle Count: inventory cycle count
• Delete: item(s) deleted from inventory
• Import change from: inventory change from via Import-Export
Utility
• Import change to: inventory change to via Import-Export Utility
• Import new: new inventory via Import-Export Utility
• Inventory add: inventory add transaction(s)
