Managing Customer Information
Information about your customers is added to the application at the Cus-
tomers form.
Select Manage > Customers. The Customers form appears.
When the form first opens it is not editable, and the fields are blank. Two
tabbed sections are part of this form.
•
Customers: Enter the customer contact information in this section of
the form.
•
Customer Ship To IDs: Enter the customer ship to locations in this
section of the form. (This is important when processing picking orders
because the customer shipping entries are available for selection from
the picking order’s Customer Ship To ID field.)

This form uses buttons to add, edit, delete, and process data:
