• System warning: The latest system warning
• Con. alarm: The latest concentration alarm
• Relay1: The status of warning alarm relay
• Relay2: The status of error alarm relay
• Relay3: The status of concentration alarm relay
• Alarm lower limit: The lower limit of the concentration alarm
range
• Alarm upper limit: The upper limit of the concentration alarm
range
The functions of the buttons on the AlarmSet screen are:
History: The last 20 alarm records after entering this sub menu
