Turning Arm - King Pin Upgrades:

Boom Hinge Point Pin Upgrades. These repairs are covered in detail on Technical Information
Bulletins # 041797-1 and # 041797-2. These Technical Information Bulletins must be consulted
for detailed instructions for performing the following repairs. Also use Instruction Sheet that will
be included with the Pin Kits

Service Required:

See Technical Information Bulletins # 041797-1 and # 041797-2 for detailed instructions on how
to perform these modifications.

Caution must always be used when installing new bushing and when aligning the pins. Do Not
try to align the pins by hitting it with a hammer, See operators manual for correct way to align
pins and install bushings. It is recommended that bushings be installed with a bushing driver,
these Bushing drivers are available from Alamo Industrial (See Technical Information Bulletin
# 032697).
