C USTOMIZING HOW NUMBERS ARE DISPLAYED
Customizing how numbers are displayed
Setting the number of decimal places displayed
1. Touch the Experiment Tools button.
The Experiment Tools screen opens.
2. Touch DATA PROPERTIES.
The Data Properties screen opens.
3. Touch the Measurement: box and select a measurement or other
variable.
4. Touch Number Format.
The number format options appear.
5. Touch the Number Style: box and select Fixed Precision.
6. Use the Digits: arrows to select the number of digits to be displayed
after the decimal point.
7. Touch OK.
Setting the number of significant figures displayed
1. Touch the Experiment Tools button.
The Experiment Tools screen opens.
2. Touch DATA PROPERTIES.
The Data Properties screen opens.
3. Touch the Measurement: box and select a measurement or other
variable.
4. Touch Number Format.
The number format options appear.
5. Touch the Number Style: box and select Significant Figures.
6. Use the Digits: arrows to select the number of significant figures to be
displayed.
7. Touch OK.
