DIAGnostic:NRAM:CREate? [ MIN | MAX] Returns the current or allowable
(MIN | MAX) size of the User non-volatile RAM segment.

DIAG:NRAM:CRE does not allocate driver RAM until a subsequent
re-boot. To get accurate results, execute DIAG:NRAM:CRE? after the
re-boot.
