5.4 REMOVAL OF CMX
1. Vent the vacuum system to atmospheric pressure.
2. Remove power to the CMX.
3. Loosen the lock screws and unplug the control cable.
4. Remove the communication cable (if used).
5. Carefully remove the gauge from the vacuum system.
6. Dispose of the gauge using local procedures or return to Brooks as described
in “SERVICE and RETURN” on page 34.
