To cancel a fax during waiting after the ID number of the specified fax job
is available,
1. Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “9. Special Fax” appears.

3. Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “92. Mem.
Manage.” appears.

4. Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “Job Clear”
appears.

5. Press the Set button and the LCD display shows the following information.
Job ID:
Press Num, Set
6. Enter your job ID number. For example, 02345.
Job ID: 02345
Del:1 Abort:2
7. Press “1” via the numeric keypad to delete the fax job or pres “2” to abort.
