Using Special Fax Functions
Special fax functions include Delay Tx(transmission), Broadcast, Polling
Rx(Receiving), Secure Tx, Secure Rx, and Color Fax. To use these functions, you
need to set the hotkey (the Program button) to be either of special functions first.
Setting Fax Hotkey to be Fax Special Function
Please follow these steps to set hotkey to be one of the special fax functions.
1.
Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “9. Special Fax” appears on
the display.

Press WX, Set
3.
Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “83.
Group Dial” appears on the LCD-display.

Press WX, Set
4.
Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.
Delay Tx
Press WX, Set
5.
Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until your desired fax function
appears, for example, “Polling Rx”.
Polling Rx
Press WX, Set
6.
Press the Set button to complete.
