Set header information for
outgoing faxes.

Name: Up to 20

be entered.
Fax number: Up to 20
digits can be entered.
73. Tone/Pulse
Choose your dialing method.
Choosing Tone means when
the machine begins dialing,
you will hear a beep sound.
Choosing Pulse means when
the machine begins dialing,
you will hear a few clicks.
*Tone, 10 PPS, 20 PPS
74. No. of Rings
Lets you set the number of
times the phone ring before
the fax answer.
Choice: *1, 2, 3, 4, 5,
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Rings.
75. Rx Mode
Choose Manual to perform
manual receive fax function
or TEL/FAX to perform auto
receive fax function.
“Manual receive” means
when there is an incoming
fax and the machine starts
ringing, you need to
manually press the Start
button on the control panel
to receive and print the fax.
Choice: TEL/FAX(Auto),
*Fax, Manual.
76. Header
Set if you wish to show
header information for all
outgoing faxes.

Set if you wish to show the
footer information for all
incoming faxes. The footer
information includes date
and time, job serial number,
and page number.
