Sending Fax in Colors
To send fax in color mode, you need to follow the preceding section to first set
the SFax Hotkey (the Program button) to be “Color Fax”.
To use the Color Fax function,
1.
Place the single-page color document on the flatbed or multi-page color
document on the auto document feeder.
2.
Make sure the SFax Hotkey as been specified as “Color Fax” function.
3.
Press the Fax button on the control panel.
4.
Press the Program button and the LCD-display shows the following
information.
Color Fax
Enter Dest.
5.
Enter the recipient’s fax number. For example, 1234567.
Color Fax
1234567
6.
Press the Start button to start scanning and sending the document in color.
