Setting Delay Fax
To use Delay Fax function, you need to follow the preceding section to first set
the SFax Hotkey (the Program button) to be Delay Fax.
To send a fax later at a specified time,
1.
Place the single-page document on the flatbed or multi-page document on
the auto document feeder.
2.
Make sure the SFax Hotkey as been specified as “Delay Fax” function.
3.
Press the Fax button on the control panel.
4.
Press the Program button and the LCD-display shows the following
information.

Enter your specified time to send the fax with the numeric keypad. For
example, 15:00

6.
Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.

Enter Dest.
7.
Enter the fax number of your recipient. For example, 1234567.

8.
Press the Start button to start scanning the document.

9.
If you place your document on the flatbed, the LCD-display will ask you if
you wish to scan next page.
Next page: 1
Finish: 2
10.
Press “2” to finish or “1” to continue scanning more pages.
