Setting Your Fax Header
The fax header consists of date, time, name, fax number, and page index
information which will be shown at the top of all outgoing faxes.
To set the fax header,
1. Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

2. Press the Set button, the Left-arrow or the Right-arrow button. The
LCD-display shows “1. Common Setup”.

3. Press the Left-arrow or the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “7. FAX Setup”
appears on the display.
7. FAX Setup
Press WX, Set
4. Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “71.
Date/Time” appears on the LCD-display.
72. Header Info.
Press WX, Set
5. Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows the following information.
Name
Press Num, Set
6. Press the Set button to enter the name of the device or the name of your
company with the numeric keypad. For example, ABC Company.

Press Num, Set
7. Press the Set button to save the setting. The LCD-display shows “Setting OK”.

8. Repeat the proceeding step 1 to step 5 and press the Right-arrow button until “Fax
