units with serial numbers ending in 4742xxxx or less, switching speed is specified for power
levels < +5 dBm.
2. Switching speed specifications apply when status register updates are off.
3. Quoted specifications between 20 °C and 30 °C. For temperatures outside this range, abso-
lute level accuracy degrades by 0.005 dB/°C for frequencies ≤ 4.5 GHz and 0.01 dB/°C for
frequencies > 4.5 GHz. Output power may drift up to .003 dB per g/Kg change in specific
humidity (nom).
4. Specification applies to units with serial numbers ending with 4818xxxx or greater.
5. For units with lower serial numbers refer to the Archive Section at end of this document, or
maximum specified output power, whichever is lower.
