(Data) output value, the data format is following :
(Data) is one character for output channel less than 4
For I-7060/60D, from 0 to F
For I-7063/63D/63A/63AD/63B/63BD, from 0 to 7
(Data) is two characters for output channel less than 8
For I-7044/44D/50/50D, from 00 to FF
For I-7065/65D/65A/65AD/65B/65BD, from 00 to 1F
For I-7066/66D/67/67D, from 00 to 7F
(Data) is four characters for output channel less than 16
For I-7042/42D, from 0000 to 1FFF
For I-7043/43D, from 0000 to FFFF
Response : Valid Command : >[CHK](cr)
Invalid Command : ?[CHK](cr)
Ignore Command : 
Syntax error or communication error may get no
response.
