Example :
Command : $01L0
Receive : !01FFFF00
Read address 01 latch-low data, return FFFF.
Command : $01C Receive : !01
Clear address 01 latched data, return success.
Command : $01L0 Receive : !01000000
Read address 01 latch-low data, return 0000.
