Example :
Command : #010
Receive : !0100123
Read address 01 input channel 0 counter value, return 123.
Command : $01C0 Receive : !01
Clear address 01 input channel 0 counter value, return success.
Command : #010 Receive : !0100000
Read address 01 input channel 0 counter value, return 0.
