A confirmation voice message is then heard. The default message is: It’s
time for your appointment.
Note: You have 30 seconds to answer the appointment reminder. After this
timeframe, the reminder will be automatically cancelled. If your line is
busy when the appointment reminder comes through, it is presented
to you just as a normal call would be, or if that is not possible, it is
automatically cancelled. An appointment reminder automatically
overrides any call forward on your extension.
13.1.2 Verify Reminder Service
You may verify whether or not an appointment is currently programmed on your
extension by dialling the following sequence
To verify the reminder service, do the following:
H.323 Phones
1. Dial the prefix 718 assigned to the appointment reminder service.
Note: Austria: *328, Italy: *32#8, Norway: #718, North America: *328,
Denmark, Sweden: *718
2. Enter the hour (00-23) and minutes (00-59) for your appointment.
All settings are cancelled.
SIP Phones
1. Dial the prefix 718 assigned to the appointment reminder service.
Note: Austria: *328, Italy: *32#8, Norway: #718, North America: *328,
Denmark, Sweden: *718
2. Enter the hour (00-23) and minutes (00-59) for your appointment and tap
the Call button.
All settings are cancelled.
If the time you specified is indeed scheduled as an appointment reminder, you
will hear the service acceptance tone; if it is not, you will hear the busy tone.
13.1.3 Cancel Reminder Service
To cancel the reminder service, do the following:

1. Dial the prefix 719 assigned to the appointment reminder service.
