If required, enter the numerical information (such as the hour and minutes,
date and time, or telephone number) to complete the message.

Internal and external callers who have a phone that is compatible with the
service will receive the information on the display. External callers with no
access to a service compatible phone will be routed to the operator, who has
access to your absent information.
Note: A call forward on mini-message is cancelled in the same manner as
any other type of variable call forward.

To program this message, do the following:
H.323 Phones
1. Dial the activation prefix 61.
2. Press *.
3. Press #.
4. Enter the Mini-Message number 3.
5. Enter 1630 for hours and minutes.
6. Press *.
SIP Phones
1. Dial the activation prefix 61.
2. Press *.
3. Press #.
4. Enter the Mini-Message number 3.
5. Enter 1630 for hours and minutes.
6. Press *, and tap the Call button.
10.2 Selecting an Absence Reason
To activate the absence feature from your phone, do the following:
1. Tap the Presence button and then the Absence reason button.
2. Select an absence reason and enter date or time of return (if required).
